Established over ten years ago, our team draws on a wealth of experience and knowledge of the property world and investment structuring to create innovative funds that deliver superior returns.
What sets us apart from our competitors is our investment approach. We do not regard property as an end investment in its own right – as a distinct asset class. Rather, we use it as a means to extract value – to generate investment returns – from sectors (for example, the small business sector, the IT and telecoms sector or the housing sector) in which it happens to play a role. Property thus allows our investors to access returns through opportunities which derive ultimately from the economic trends within a given sector.
We have launched 14 property funds through which over £800 million of property has been or is due to be acquired. Those funds which have so far achieved an exit through the sale of their property assets have repeatedly delivered returns for investors of between 15% pa and 25% pa or more.
